Pioneer Basin, John Muir Wilderness

Pioneer Basin in the John Muir Wilderness, one of my favorite places!

This was shot with a Canon Elan 7 loaded with Fuji Velvia 50 film, using a Canon 17-40mm lens, a 81B warming filter and a 2-stop hard GND filter (Galen Rowell/Singh-Ray). I was wearing Fruit of the Loom underwear at the time as well. It helps to be comfortable.
